“Smart guy like you’s just gotta trust his — Impulses!“–Bart Allen
Bart Allen is the fourth flash, is the grandson of Barry Allen from the 30th century.
He came to the main timeline with his grandma Iris West, and started to train to control his Speed with the second Flash, Wally West. Because of Time travelling, his body ages at a strange rate.
When Bart finished his training with Wally and solved his ageing problem, he moved to Manchester with his new mentor, Max mercury who is an old speedster. He studied in junior high in Manchester while Max kept training him and teaching him the art of super speed. That is the time he became one of the founding members of Young Justice with Robin and Superboy.
Bart Allen’s superhero name was impulse, he took this name because it reflects his impulsive personality. When the young justice broke up, he joined the teen titans and got his knee cap blown by Deathstroke, he got an artificial one and went recovering, he read all the books in San Francisco public library. When he recovered, he came back as Kid Flash, Wally’s former alias .
When Wally disappeared during the infinite crisis, Bart shortly became The Flash. He was killed by the rogues during full throttle.
Bart and the young justice guys are Best friends, Tim-–Robin, Connor–Superboy, and Cassie–Wonder girl, had many adventures and they are all fun and interesting to see how they became stronger and bonding a great friendship.
Bart Allen is first shown life action in Smallville, then he also appeared in the animation, Young justice.
In the comic community, he disappeared after the flashPoint and reappeared in DC rebirth, and stared to form Young justice again, Hope we see more of him.
